Pauline Mokou-Paledi

Pauline, an experienced human resources and capacity-building specialist, conducts several training projects across Southern Africa. She has worked as Executive Director of the Botswa-na Diamond Manufacturing Association, Technical Adviser/Change Manager to the Turks and Caicos Islands Permanent Secretary, and Human Resources Expert at the Commonwealth Sec-retariat. Pauline has worked with prominent organizations such as USAID, the World Bank, the European Union, and AUDA-NEPAD. She is enthusiastic about providing technical sup-port, forming strategic partnerships, and advocating for women's empowerment.
