The African Capacity Building Foundation (ACBF), regrets to inform its Member States, Partners and Stakeholders that the 29th Annual Meeting of the Board of Governors of ACBF, which was scheduled to take place during the 4th AU STC meetings has been postponed. This is due to the decision by the Government of Ghana to postpone the 4th AU STC on Finance, Monetary Affairs, Economic Planning and Integration scheduled for 9th March to 14th March 2020 until further notice, in light of concerns around the increasing global rate of infection of the Corona Virus Disease 2019 .
Once again, ACBF regrets the inconvenience this will cause, but this decision is inevitable given the magnitude of the risk.
